bat baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bat baji and each user of the platform ("Member").

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on bat baji and participate in any game or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Terms

When creating an account, the Member must meet the following conditions:

• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• A Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process may be required to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
• A Member may not operate more than one account.
• Professional athletes, referees, or related officials may not place bets on their own sport's markets.

2.3 Identity Verification

bat baji reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

3.1 Account Security

The Member is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

The Member is liable for all activity carried out through any authorised or unauthorised access to their account. This liability remains with the Member until bat baji is promptly notified.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

bat baji may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• False or misleading information has been provided.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Bonuses or promotional offers have been misused.
• The Member is involved in fraud, corruption, or deceptive activity.
• Any clause of these Terms has been breached.

Upon account closure, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned after the applicable investigation is concluded.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

A Member may close their account by contacting the support team. Pending bets and other applicable conditions will apply in such cases.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on bat baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

Members must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and such deposits may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Member is solely responsible for paying any personal income tax or other applicable taxes.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bat baji offers new Members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — that amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met are withdrawable.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings.
• bat baji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.3 Other Promotions

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is accepted on bat baji, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled by the Member. bat baji reserves the right to cancel or adjust a bet due to technical errors or incorrect odds.

6.2 Misconduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match fixing or assisting in sports corruption.
• Betting using software bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.
• Money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.

6.3 Technical Issues

bat baji reserves the right to make decisions at its own discretion regarding transactions or bet outcomes affected by platform technical issues, server disruptions, or internet connection problems. The Member is responsible for any issues with their own device or connection.

6.4 RTP and Game Results

The results of all slots and casino games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated on the relevant game page and represents a long-term average — it is not a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.

• Loss due to third-party fraud or unauthorised account access, where the Member did not notify bat baji in a timely manner.

bat baji's liability is always limited to the actual funds held in the Member's account. bat baji is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

bat baji reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform when changes are made, and the updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the Member's acceptance of the new Terms. If a Member does not agree with the updated Terms, they may request that their account be closed.
